. Seeking a replacement drummer after the release of Consolation Prizes in late 2002, the band were briefly joined by Ronnie Vannucci Jr.
before he joined The Killers.
After recruiting Sinnott, formerly of the English rock band Family of Free Love, the band released Nevertheless in the summer of 2005. Though Scrivner relocated to London after the release of Nevertheless to pursue a doctorate at the University of London
, the band continued to write and release material.
