. Three officers are on duty during opening hours, and cover is provided 24/7, 365 days a year. Officers are known as "Aviation Security Officers", and have the same authority and powers as a regular police officer whilst on airport property. They are also authorised to act on behalf of the Coroner at the Airport when required.
