History
History of Izbično is about 200 years old. The oldest document is from 1896. The document is request for a building a new church. Since 1917 Izbično has a parson. The first one was Minor Jozo Bencun. 1917, he has came into a parish Izbično, then called Britvica. He was first parson of Izbično and he was three times parson. In World War II, communists killed 6 minors of Izbično.New church in Izbično is built in 1966 after two-year of building in village Pavkovići. Today, there is another church in Donja Britvica and Gornja Britvica.
