Baldwin was the Champion of Trans Am Series in 1992, being the only driver to complete every lap of every race of that season. He drive the Mattel Hot Wheels #1 Chevy Camero.
He has also won the Rolex 24 Hour Race, driving a Mazda in Daytona Florida in 1984, and he has competed in the race 26 years running.
