Jahlieh is situated in Mount Lebanon - Shouf district, 35 kilometers southeast of Beirut
with an altitude ranging between 400 to 650 meters and an area of 250 hectares. The approximate population is 5,500 and the number of houses is around 600.
The bordering villages are: Daraya
, Binwayte, Deir Dourit, Baakline.
You can get to Jahlieh from Beirut via the south bound coastal highway by turning right at Damour

and Beiteddine.
