Work

Teller's first young-adult fiction novel Nothing (Danish Intet), first published in Denmark in 2000, earned critical acclaim and caused widespread controversy in Scandinavia. They feel an urge to show Pierre Anthon some proof that there is meaning in life, which ultimately leads to violence amongst the children. A German as well as an English translation of Intet were published in 2010. The novel received several awards, among them a Michael L. Printz Honor Book
