Jannell Cannon

Janell Cannon is an American children's writer and illustrator.

Janell was born in 1957 in St. Paul, Minnesota, the daughter of Burton H. and Nancy A. Cannon. She attended Burnsville High School, and graduated in 1975. After high school she moved to California, and from 1981 to 1993 she was a graphic artist for the Carlsbad Library.
