Prior to his PBA tour qualification, he also cashed 4 times in 8 tries as a PBA regional member.
While on tour, Lundquist became a fan favorite as one of only a few PBA tour members to make himself accessible to fans on the official PBA forums, and by keeping a blog while on the road that is regularly published at PBA.com.
Jason suffered an unfortunate accident while working at Thunderbowl on September 23, 2009. His pinky finger on his bowling hand was crushed in a ball return.
