Jiangxia District is one of the administrative districts

. Jiangxia district has an area of 2,009 km² and a population of 680,000.
Unlike most other districts into which the City of Wuhan is divided, Jingxia includes no part of Wuhan's main urban core. It is entirely located in the rural area south of the Wuhan city center. Jingxia has its own urban core, which is a large town some 20 km south of Wuhan proper.
