John Anderson is a former British television personality best known as referee and official trainer on the UK TV show, Gladiators. He has previously worked as a teacher and as a coach for Commonwealth Games and Olympic Games athletes.
In 2005, Anderson made a cameo appearance, reprising his role as referee, on Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway.
In 2008, he briefly resumed his role as referee on the newly revived Gladiators (2008)
