circuit, winning every major competitive title from 1982 to 1990. In 1990 he also graduated from Rio Federal College receiving a degree in Environmental Farming. After graduating, he competed three years later at the Pan American Games

competitions, becoming champion two consecutive years: 1993 and 1994.
John has had numerous movie and television roles such as "The Ropes" Vin Diesel's new TV series at FOX(2012), Alienated (2011), Duel of Legends (2011), Redbelt
(2008), Brazilian Brawl (2003), Mean Guns (1997), Heatseeker (1995), Kickboxer 4: The Aggressor (1994), and Under Siege 2: Dark Territory
