Jon Jeary

Jon Jeary was the bass guitarist and one of the founding members of British
progressive metal
band Threshold
. Jeary left the group in 2003 to be replaced by Steve Anderson. http://www.progarchives.com/Progressive_rock_discography_BAND.asp?band_id=333 While he was with the band, he wrote virtually all the lyrics to their songs.
Jeary started his performing career playing acoustic guitar and singing Roy Harper
songs in pubs in the Staines
area, whilst he was a student at Royal Holloway College. Jeary founded If Not Why (later to become Threshold
with local boys Ian Bennett and Karl Groom. In the band's first incarnartion, Jeary was lead vocalist.
