Cain has been married twice. His first wife was singer Tané Cain. In 1989 he married his current wife, Elizabeth Yvette Fullerton, with whom he has three children, Madison (1993), Liza and Weston (1996). Jonathan Cain currently resides in a suburb of Nashville, TN.
