She succeeded Shelley Blond
(Tomb Raider) and Judith Gibbins (Tomb Raider II
and Tomb Raider III
) and was replaced by actress Keeley Hawes
as the voice of Lara from Tomb Raider: Legend onwards. Jonell later returned as the voice of Lara Croft for the release of the interactive DVD, Tomb Raider: The Action Adventure in November/December 2006. Jonell also voices the character of Mistress Velvet and other ensemble characters in the videogame "Overlord
" and has been a regular voice for the award winning children's cartoon series "Angelina Balerina" for several years.
