. He was born on 17 June 1977 and was educated at Eton College
(and briefly at The King's School, Canterbury
) and Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University

He had a small part in Steven Spielberg
's TV mini series Band of Brothers and took the lead role in a controversial American TV movie called Prince William, filmed in 2002, in Dublin, Ireland, about Prince William of Wales, with whom Frieda attended Eton College
. He also appeared in the 2004 film Out of Season which starred Dennis Hopper
.
Frieda is co-owner of the Trullo restaurant in London's Islington
area, which opened in 2010.
