Pennacchio serves in the New Jersey State Senate representing Legislative District 26 and serves on the Budget Committee and the Wagering, Tourism & Historic Preservation Committee. He was a member of the Assembly Appropriations Committee, where he was the Republican Appropriations Officer from 2004 to 2007.
