The Most Revd Josiah Idowu-Fearon is the Anglican Archbishop of the Province of Kaduna

and Bishop of Kaduna diocese. He was born in Nigeria in 1949. In his youth he trained for a short period as a soldier but soon realised he had a calling to serve God. He trained as a priest and after his studies in 1971 was ordained. He was appointed as a bishop in 1990. He has a strong interest in Christian-Muslim relations (and a PhD in Islamic studies.
He is widely known in Nigeria, for his work on Muslim-Christian relations as Mr Dialogue
He is co- founder of the Centre for the Study of Islam and Christianity at Kaduna.
He has wife Comfort, two sons (Ibrahim and Dauda) and a daughter (Ninma).
