The song was also recorded in Spanish-language on the album Magic Boul'vard and features also on Feldman's compilations Best of and Two Feldman.

In France, the single went straight to #15 on February 8, 1992, then entered the top ten and climbed until topping the chart for eight consecutive weeks. Then it stayed for other four weeks at #2, then didn't stop to drop rather quickly. It totalled 23 weeks in the top ten and 28 weeks on the chart (top 50), becoming Feldman's most successful songs in terms of chart. The single is currently the 664th best-selling single of all time in France, with over 400,000 copies sold and is therefore Feldman's fourth biggest hit, behind "Petit Frank", "Les Valses de Vienne" and "Joue pas".
