Joyce "Sunny" Mojonnier (born 17 February 1943) served as a California
State Assemblywoman for the 75th District from 1982 to 1990.
She authored legislation to allow the use of closed circuit television testimony in California's courts, allowing children to testify from a side room and for violent offenders to be arraigned without the need to travel to court.
Mojonnier was the founder in 1983 of Capitol Network, a network for female legislative and administrative professionals in Sacramento.
