Biography

Schwanner was born János Schwanner in Hungary to parents of Hungarian and Chilean descent. While playing football in Chile he took up Chilean citizenship and adopted the name Juan.

Playing career

After stints with Hungarian clubs Schwanner moved to Flamengo
