Moses' career in the public service spanned over 30 years. She has worked in many fields, including agriculture, rural development, export financing, youth programming, labour market policy, training and development (former ADM/CEO of Training and Development Canada), international development, and intergovernmental affairs. She eventually served at the rank of Senior Assistant Deputy Minister in Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada

Personal life

She is married to Peter Lyman and has three sons: Matthew, 29, Nathaniel, 25, and Sebastian, 22.
