Geography

Juncalinho features farmlands within the village and the shoreline, farmlands mainly consists of pastures, fruits and vegetables and other types, grasslands dominate the area and it contains a very few trees, its climate ranges from wet to dry in which is the driest portion of the island making it more sunnier than other parts of the island. Information

Most of the houses are built with mud-brick and stone, the rest are concrete or sand with stone and some houses are built with brick and steel reinforced concrete. The area is in the island's low class. A part of the needy materials comes from the island capital, the island capital and the diaspora. But for other needs, electricity, communications, appliances and street lights are partially available in the area as well as phone lines since the late-20th century. A part of the necessities also comes from the island capital.
