Jynine James is a Welsh actress.
Former convent schoolgirl Janine Bellis became a photographic model in the early 1990s
working for corporate companies such as Contessa and Chris Evans Photography. In a rebellious stand from her strict schooling,for a number of years, Janine also worked as a successful Glamour model including many appearances in Daily Newspapers distributed in the U.K. By 1992 Jynine had been discovered and her talents for music
and songwriting led to a change of name from Janine Bellis to Jynine James, a recording contract
and the release of a number of singles and an album. During the 1990s Jynine worked and recorded with musicians Paul Burgess on percussion (10cc
)and (Icicle Works
) Tim Sanders vocalist and songwriter
(The City Zones),Steve Millington keyboards
and songwriter (Kes) and Legendary guitarist
Peter Frampton
. Both Paul Burgess and Peter Frampton
appeared on Jynine's first single release "No Reason" issued both on 7" single,as a limited issue and cd single
format by Fast Tracks Records in 1993. Jynine's studio recorded album followed and despite the pedigree of the performers featured on the recordings it failed to make any significant impression on the UK Albums Chart
.
After somewhat limited music
success, Jynine made the move into acting
and particularly the theatre
. Jynine had previously qualified from The London Academy of Dramatic Art as a young girl and had already appeared in a number of theatre
productions prior to becoming a professional actor
.
Jynine has appeared on T.V. and in films both in the U.K. and U.S.A. After a long professional association with the Carry On film production team
, Jynine attended a number of promotional events, radio
and T.V. interviews in an attempt to promote and raise the profile of a new proposed film
," Carry On London." Jynine was not only signed to appear in the film
but also supply some of the music
for the film's soundtrack
. Unfortunately due to the untimely death of Carry On film Producer Peter Rogers
this now seems unlikely to go into full production.
Jynine has also appeared with Phil Daniels
in The Sara Sugarman film

Jynine is currently married to singer/songwriter Tim Sanders (The City Zones) and lives in her beloved Wales

In 2010 reissued and remixed version's of Jynine James's singles No Reason and When I Dream were released Worldwide for the first time on digital download
. This led to new music recordings and the release of further material including the haunting Past Shadows.
