On September 4, 2007, KRTO Channel 3 went online with webcasting the City Council Meeting, using the technology, provided by San Francisco-based Granicus Inc., All the council meetings will be saved on the city's web site, rialtoca.gov , beginning with the Aug. 8 meeting.
