KSQA is a low-power television station test-broadcasting from Topeka, Kansas on digital channel 12. Presently, there are 5 digital subchannels, but only 12.1 is being used. The current station format is non-commercial programming about African-American history, although programming is inconsistent. The station began broadcasting in October, 2011.
