Some schools when going through the prayer, will kneel down on one knee, one hand down on the floor, others elect to go down on both knees. Note that only certain schools include Christian
philosophy as part of their teachings, with a fair number being completely secular.In some schools, students go down on both knees and on their knuckles. This is to symblize the student's inexperience in the art and to show that they have much to learn.
Almighty and Eternal God,
