Karin Yvonne Irene Jansen Adelmund (March 18, 1949, Rotterdam
– October 21, 2005, Amsterdam
) was a member of the Dutch House of Representatives (from 1994 to 1998 and from 2002 to 2005) and former State Secretary
of Education, Culture and Science (from 1998 to 2002).
From February 1997 to August 1998 Adelmund was chairwoman of the Labour Party
(Partij van de Arbeid).
