On June 20, 2007 Kerschl began the webcomic The Abominable Charles Christopher as part of the Transmission X comics collective. The Abominable Charles Christopher, which is published online every Wednesday, follows the adventures of the eponymous man-beast, Charles Christopher, and the woodland creatures and nature gods with whom he comes in contact. The artwork is rendered in grey tone ink wash. It comic has been translated into Danish, Finnish, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish.
