Keaka-mahana was the 19th Alii Aimoku of Hawaii island
1635–1665. She ruled as sovereign Queen or Chiefess of the island from the royal complex at Holualoa Bay
.
She was the eldest daughter of King Keakealani-kane, the 18th Alii Aimoku of Hawaii. She succeeded on the death of her father in 1635. She married her cousin Alii Iwikauikaua, son of Alii Makakaualii, by his wife Kapukamola. She died in 1665, and her daughter Keakealani-wahine succeed her.
