and struggled to survive; two years later the Malaysian Group, Peremba, stepped in and took a majority stake in the business. It changed its name to Kentz following the rescue. It was listed on the Alternative Investment Market
in January 2008 and transferred to the main market of the London Stock Exchange
in July 2011.
