. The Charity was formerly known as "Kick Drugs out of America".
Kickstart Kids is a middle school program that keeps at risk children away from drugs and gangs by offering mentoring, positive role models, physical exercise and mental discipline through martial arts training. Created by Chuck Norris, it was first known as "Kick Drugs Out of America." KickStart Kids is currently operating in over 30 schools, and helping over 4,300 boys and girls. Its first implementations were in M C Williams Middle School in Houston, Texas, and helped 150 students.
