To date, the album is difficult to find, as it wasn't sold in stores or distributed massively beyond being included with Killer Instinct.

It is not known to this date why Nintendo or Rare decided to do this, but it was common for
most to simply take the CD out after the 15th track. There is an issue of Nintendo Power that revealed the hidden track #30 with the Humiliation theme.
