Killer Tomatoes Eat France! is a 1991 film released as the third sequel to Attack of the Killer Tomatoes
. The film was planned to be the third in the Series according to Return of the Killer Tomatoes
, but was replaced as the third film by Killer Tomatoes Strike Back
. It has so far been the last movie in the Killer Tomatoes series, and it's also the final film made by New World Pictures before the sale to News Corporation
in 1997. The movie was co-produced with 20th Century Fox
(in which Fox would end up buying in 1997.) making this the only New World film to be owned by succeder 20th Century Fox for in which they own all rights to that particular movie.

As the Killer Tomatoes begin their attack on France

, the true King returns, and faces a showdown with Igor as to who shall rightly become king. With the help of the heroes, Louis triumphs, and Gangreen escapes in a tomato-shaped hot-air balloon, planning revenge and swearing to return.

character and was no longer drooling and obese like his cartoon counterpart, and Viper was based on a similar character, Fang, another snake-based tomato.
