Kim Clackson is a Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis Commercial Real Estate in Pittsburgh PA. Partnered with his daughter, Nicole Clackson, they specialize in office, industrial, and land real estate transactions in the Greater Pittsburgh market.

Kim Clackson began his real estate career in the family business in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. In 1985, Kim and his wife Donna moved back to Pittsburgh, at which time Kim joined Grubb & Ellis. During his tenure at Grubb & Ellis, Kim achieved the honor of top industrial producer nationwide twice. Looking for new challenges, Mr. Clackson joined the Pittsburgh office of CB Richard Ellis in 1995. Now in his 16th year, he continues to be one of the top producers. Kim has been recognized as one of the top 200 brokers in CB Richard Ellis twice in the last five years.
