Geography

Kisa is located at Latitude 0.150000 and Longitude 34.666668. It is divided into East, West, North and South Kisa with Khwisero as a major trading centre.
Key border points of the location are Standi kisa on Kisumu - Kakamega road,Khumpaka at Mwitseshe just after Ekonjereo market on Khwisero - Musoli road.Other notable geographical physical feature are the Misango hills at a place called Emulunya being the highest point,River Yala locally known as Olukose traversing the entire location.Mwihila Mission School and Hospital,Khwisero Administrative centre.
