Klefe is a town in the Ho Municipal District
of the Volta Region
of Ghana
. It is in the southern part of the Volta Region.
. About 2.8 kilometres to its south is Hoviefe. Akrofu and Agove are towns to the west and Ziavi is the nearest town north. It is at 248 metres above sea level.
. They are believed to have migrated here from Notsie to escape King Agorkoli. The local people are referred to as the 'Kleviawo'.
