Castle on an island on the Bug River. The castle was built in the 14th century by J. Ostroróg, the castellan of Poznań. Originally it was set on an irregular plan. In the 17th century the Radziejowski family extended the castle and added reinforcements - bastejas (something between tower and bastion). The castle was destroyed during so-called "Swedish Deluge" in the middle of the 17th century. The fragmentary curtain walls and the basteja left of the castle today. The village has a population of 365.
