The temple is mostly visited by the local tribals and non-tribal people as well all around the year. On the occasion of Maha Siva Rathiri festival, nearly 40,000 devotees visit the temple for the Abodes' blessings by offering prayers. On this occasion, the largest devotee gathering witness the celestial wedding of Lord Veerabadra Swami and Shri Bhadrakali by observing 'Jagarana'. Other festival people celebrate in Kuravi are "Bathukamma", "Bonalu", etc. Villages under Kuravi mainly depend on crops like cotton and chilli.
Every monday there is big cattle fair(angadi)in village farmers come all places to purchase and sell cattles.
