In 1999, Kylie landed the role of lifeguard Shauna Bradley on Home and Away. It was her first lead acting role and she nearly missed out by not going to the audition because she thought she didn't stand a chance. She had almost opted out of her modeling career entirely, but her model agent persuaded her to her to go to the audition and she got the role. Her agent booked her into acting classes and she started eight weeks later.Interior design
After her time on Home and Away, Kylie completed a diploma in interior design. During her years as an interior designer, Kylie has built up an impressive client list, starting out with residential refurbishments, commercial and hospitality design, custom furniture design and luxury motor yacht interiors.
