Construction
The building was commissioned by the social security administration (Emekli Sandığı) of Turkey (Emek for short) between 1959 and 1965 as a revenue generating property. The architect was Enver Tokay and the statics engineer was Yusuf Berdan. The ground floor and the first two floors were designed as SupermarketSupermarket
