Relationship between the Sexual/Gender Equality and Multicultural Movements

On one hand, the two movements have much in common politically. Both are concerned with tolerance for real differences, diversity, minority status, and the invalidity of value judgments applied to different ways of life.
On the other hand, many LGBT political organizers can't help but notice that the only tolerance and acceptance available to sexual minority
