event in France
for amateur cyclists. It is thought to be the first ever cyclosportive
and also remains one of the most popular today in Europe, often considered to be the hardest too.
The route is 174 km (108.1 mi) long and features more than 5180 metres of climbing. The event goes over the Col du Glandon
