living together, 7.8% have a female householder with no husband present, and 39.7% are non-families. 30.7% of all households are made up of individuals and 11.5% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.13 and the average family size is 2.60.
In the CDP the population was spread out with 16.9% under the age of 18, 7.4% from 18 to 24, 27.7% from 25 to 44, 27.8% from 45 to 64, and 20.2% who were 65 years of age or older.
