She first studied with Primož Novšak and Volodja Balzalorsky at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana, and later on was discovered by Ruggiero Ricci
, who invited her to study with him in Salzburg
(Mozarteum). During her studies at Trinity College of Music
in London
, she studied with Vasko Vassilev, Boris Brovtsyn, Rivka Golani
, and Itzhak Rashkovsky at the Royal College of Music in London.
She has also been guided by Ivry Gitlis
