, and had immediate impact as a freshman, playing 14 minutes per game off the bench. Steadily improving his numbers every year, Fields went into his senior year as one of the top returning players in the Pac-10.

Landry Fields won Rookie of the Month in the Eastern Conference for the months of November and December in 2010.

Capping off a strong rookie year performance, he was named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team.
