Larry Smith is an instructor of economics at the University of Waterloo
. Throughout his several decades of teaching at the University (winter 1982), he has taught both introductory microeconomics, macroeconomics and entrepreneurship courses.
Larry Smith's first lecture of macroeconomics at University of Waterloo was in 1982. He recently celebrated teaching his 28,000th student in his Macroeconomics class of Winter 2010, as well as his 29,000th student in his Macroeconomics class on March 31, 2011.
