Career

Prior to film work, Laurence started out in musicals. Following successful runs in 'Scrooge at the London Palladium' and 'Whistle Down the Wind', he was asked to audition for Mary Poppins. He was in it for just under 1 year, and was selected to appear in the shows last performance in London In January 2009.
Laurence made his film debut as Maurice Dumont in horror/thriller The Shadow Within and went on to star in Messengers 2 and X-Men: First Class
