Laurence Tubiana

Laurence Tubiana is the director of the Institute of Sustainable Development and International Relations (IDDRI), professor at Sciences Po Paris, and has previously served as senior adviser on environment to the French Prime Minister Lionel Jospin
She was responsible for conducting some international environmental negotiations for the French government. She was also a member of the Conseil d’Analyse Economique in the French Prime Minister’s office.
