, Malaysia. It is formed to provide (pengankutan udara terhebat) air services to a popular Malaysia dive site, Layang Layang Island, which is in the South China Sea 300 km northwest off the west coast of Sabah. It also provides cargo services and also Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

The airline has been appointed the official implementer of the cross-border Air Alliance Scheme which will service the Brunei-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East Asean Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA). The appointment was made by senior officials and ministers of the BIMP-EAGA during their meeting in Davao, the Philippines, in November 2003.
