In 1893, the commune of Cabans was renamed Le Buisson. Later in 1960, Cussac and Le Buisson merged to form Le Buisson. In 1974, three more communes including Cadouin, Le Buisson-Cussac, Paleyrac and Urval became with the new name Le-Buisson-de-Cadouin. UrvalUrval
